All Ski lifts and Lessons at Falls Creek are provided by the Falls Creek Ski Lift company or the Falls Creek Snow Sports School which is part of the same.

Tickets

There are a number of different ticketing options, ranging from all inclusive lift, lesson and rental passes through to specialised beginner packages and children�s programs. All tickets can be purchased from five handy locations across the resort, ensuring maximum convenience regardless of where you are staying.

Sales Office Locations

Falls Express Ticket Office � Located adjacent to the day car park at the base of the Falls Express Quad Chairlift.

Village Bowl Ticket Office � Located in the heart of the Village Bowl at the top of the Gully Chairlift.

Falls Creek Sports � Offering exclusive lift/lesson/rental packages as well as a range of retail apparel. Falls Creek Sports boasts two handy locations, in the Snowlands complex, at the base of Falls Express Chairlift and in the Village Bowl.

Gebi�s Ski Hire � Gebi�s Ski Hire, located on the main road at the entry to the resort, now offers ticketing facilities as well as a host of great rental and retail products. New for 2007 � Gebi�s is now offering lift/lesson/rental packages.

The network of lifts at Falls Creek cover the 450 hectares of skiing area well and provide access to all areas of the mountain with ease.

There is access to the mountain from all areas in the town with virtually every building being ski in and ski out when there is snow over the roads. Generally ski in and out is available July and August but on good seasons longer than this.

From the Bowl by using the Eagle Lift you have access to the Playground, Scott�s and Ruined Castle via Scott�s, For the more advanced skiers you have access to the Summit and Maze via the Summit Lift and at the top of this you have the Half Pipe in an average to good season.

I have included the prices of tickets to assist you plan for your holiday, these prices include GST but as this is my site and not an official Falls Creek web page they can't be held responsible if I make an error.

Beginner packages

Falls Creek has a huge variety of beginner terrain, including Australia�s longest beginner run in Wombats Ramble, ensuring you have plenty of space to practice your new skills.

Our world class Snowsports School has a range of professional instructors who will have you riding in no time. To help you on your way there are a number of beginner packages to choose from.

First Timers

For the first time skier or boarder the Falls Beginners Ticket is the perfect choice. Providing limited lift access including Falls Express Chairlift, Mousetrap and boardwalk, it also includes a 2 hour introductory lesson.

Learn to Ski/Board

If you�re planning on staying the week or just a few days this is the perfect product to get you well under way. Days one and two provide limited lift access including, Falls Express, Drovers Dream, Gully & Eagle Chairlifts as well as Mousetrap, Boardwalk and Monkey Bar surface lifts combined with a two hour class lesson up to a grade 5 standard. Days 3 and greater offer full mountain access and class lessons of any standard.

Children's programs

Falls Creek has a special theme park style facility just for the kids, located adjacent to the Cloud 9 complex at the top of the Falls Express Chairlift. The Snowsports School caters for children from 3 years of age, offering professional caring staff and a fun filled atmosphere, providing the perfect learning environment for children.

Milo Snowclub 4 Kids (3-5 years)

The snowclub program is a great starting point for your child�s first skiing experience or a platform to progress for the seasoned 4 year old professional! Based in the special children�s terrain park kids will enjoy a day of tuition, fun, games, surprise visits from Pete the Snow Dragon and fully catered lunch and snacks.

Full time tertiary students can now purchase the newly introduced tertiary season pass at a great discounted rate. Refundable Pass Option (available as an add on to your season pass purchase)

The refundable pass option provides you with the reassurance of a partial refund of your season pass should you suffer an injury or illness which prevents you from skiing or snowboarding.

The Refundable pass option provides you with the reassurance of a partial refund as outlined below.

Without purchasing the refundable option, season passes are NOT refundable or creditable under any circumstances.
The refundable option is only available when purchased with your season pass, and is valid for season 2009 only.
Where the Refundable Pass Option is taken Mount Hotham Skiing Company (MHSC) and Falls Creek Ski Lifts (FCSL) will refund a percentage of the cost of your season pass if you suffer injury/sickness which prevents you from further participating in skiing or snowboarding.
Mount Hotham Skiing Company/Falls Creek Ski Lifts will refund the cost of your season pass if you are transferred interstate by your employer; provided that the date of transfer is at least 30 days after the purchase of your season pass (Victorian residents only).
The refundable pass option fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
The refundable option does not cover pre existing injuries or conditions.
To request a refund, you must supply MHSC or FCSL with a written request within 10 days of injury, including a covering letter of explanation, your 2009 season pass and medical certificate stating the cause & date of injury and prognosis. Refunds will be calculated from the day we receive your request.
Refund requests will not be accepted after 10th August 2009.
All refunds are subject to Management�s approval and discretion.
MHSC and/or FCSL�s interpretation of the above conditions is final.

REFUNDABLE SEASON PASS REFUND SCHEDULE:

For skiing related injury sustained during season 2009 your refund equates to;
< 20 Days 70% refund
21 - 40 Days 50% refund
41 - 60 Days 20% refund
> 60 Days No Refund

NOTE: Days will be calculated from the official opening of the ski season. By not purchasing the insurance option no refund or credit will be issued under any circumstances.

Winter Activities

Falls Creek has a host of activities; weather you want a break from riding the slopes or simply want to watch the children have a blast while you enjoy an apr� drink, there�s always something on offer. The Village Bowl is always a hive of activity with the bungy trampoline, Pete the dragon shows, snowman making competitions, Snocce (Bocce for the snow!), rail jam sessions and snow tubing and more....
