i have often been asked if buying Alpine Real Estate is worth it and to be Honest I personally believe it is a great investment if you can secure the bookings you need and you get a good Manager. I promote Mountain Multiservice a lot on here as an alternative to the Lodges (not that there is anything wrong with lodges) because I know Ted Weeks well and believe he provides a good service.
